Team USA is governed by a volunteer board of directors, operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and strictly adheres to its bylaws, governance policies, and all applicable IRS rules and established nonprofit regulations. Financial oversight and responsible stewardship ensure that every dollar donated directly serves our mission and the future of American pastry excellence.
The organization is operated entirely by volunteers. No individual involved in the organization - including board members, officers, coaches, or contributors - receives any compensation from donations or sponsorships.
